The QBAS Maintenance team's objective ( our reason for living) you might call it, is to get you back in the air and to keep you there safely.   

Our staff currently consists of seven FAA certified mechanics with two holding Inspection Authorization.  

Our team is cabable of delivering an impressive line-up of services.  If you can dream it up, then we can probably do it.  From day to day maintenance needs like oil changes and 100 hour inspections to the big stuff like engine/propeller removal and installation.  We are also Air Tractor trained to complete the major modifications on the Air Tractor wings such as Fail-Safe plate installation, replacement of lower spar caps as well as replacement of the Half-spar.  Also PT6A "Hot Section" inspections, FRDS Fire Gate maintenance, AMSAFE Seatbelts, as well as major repairs and alterations.

Several members of our team are certified for eddy current inspection on the lower spar bolt holes for Air Tractor and other makes of aircraft.
